Your right of withdrawal

For a distance purchase as a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us of your withdrawal, without having to give a reason. For an order delivered in several parts, this period runs from receipt of the last item.

Send us an unequivocal statement of your decision to info@pilatesdouceur.com or to Ecom Empire OÜ, Liimi tn 1b, Kristiine linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10621, Estonia. State the product concerned, your name and your order number. Exercising this right does not require prior authorisation.

You then have 14 days from your notification to send the goods back. Contact us for the return address and the return arrangements suited to your equipment. Handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods is permitted; you may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that.

Our 30-day return option

In addition to the statutory right, you may request a return up to 30 calendar days after receipt. For this commercial extension beyond the first 14 days, items must be new, unused and complete, with their accessories and, where possible, their original packaging. No restocking fee is charged.

Return costs

The direct cost of returning a non-defective item is borne by you where you were informed of it in accordance with the pre-purchase information requirements. If a product is non-conforming, the costs necessary to bring it into conformity are borne by the seller. The commercial return conditions do not limit your legal guarantees.

Refunds

In the event of a statutory withdrawal, the refund covers the price of the product and any standard delivery costs. It is made no later than 14 days after notification of your decision; it may be withheld until the goods have been received back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is the earlier.

Refunds are made using the original payment method, unless you have expressly agreed to another method at no cost to you. For the 30-day commercial return, the refund is processed within a maximum of 7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. The time it then takes to appear on your account depends on your payment provider. The statutory deadlines prevail where they are shorter.

Damaged or non-conforming item

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us examine it. Your statutory rights do not depend on keeping the original packaging. We do not offer direct commercial exchanges; this rule does not limit any replacement to which you may be entitled under the legal guarantees.
