Before delivery
Measure the installation area, the doors and the passageways. Check the dimensions and weight of the model you have chosen.

When unpacking
Keep the manual and identify the parts. If anything looks damaged or is missing, contact us before using the equipment.
Your model’s manual is the reference.
Follow the assembly sequence, adjustments and safety instructions specific to your reformer. If you need to move a heavy machine, arrange enough help to follow the manufacturer’s guidance.
Before each session.
- Check that the machine is stable and that adjustable parts are properly locked.
- Inspect the straps, ropes and visible springs. Do not use a damaged part.
- Clear the working area and stay within the model’s usage limits.
After your session.
Clean the surfaces according to the manual, using products compatible with the materials. Avoid abrasive products and do not lubricate the mechanisms without the manufacturer’s instructions.
Replacing a part.
Springs, ropes and fixings are not universal. Give us the exact model name and the part reference before buying a replacement.
