Pilates Box

The Pilates Box is a padded support that adds to your reformer sessions. Placed on the machine, it lets you include seated, lying or side-lying exercises.

Pilates box for the reformer: new positions

On a reformer, the box changes your point of support. You can sit on it, lie on it or position yourself on your side, and so build different sequences without changing machines. It is a simple accessory for varying a well-established session.

It is intended for people who practise on a reformer at home as well as for studios that want to vary their classes. When you first use it, start with a simple seated position, then explore the lying and side-lying positions.

Box dimensions: checking compatibility with your reformer

The box measures approximately 38 × 39 × 26 cm and weighs approximately 4.5 kg. Before ordering, compare these dimensions with the support area of your machine: the right choice depends on the reformer you use and the positions you want to include in your sessions.

For the Compact Folding Reformer, the box is sold separately: you can add it to your order. For another model, write to us with your reformer’s model reference and dimensions if you are unsure. Also tell us which positions you want to work on: we will help you check that the box suits your use.

A lightweight accessory to store near the reformer

At approximately 4.5 kg, the box is easy to lift and move. Between sessions, it can be stored at the foot of the reformer, on a low shelf or in a corner of the room. If your reformer folds, the box can be stored alongside it to free up the space. Plan its place when you set up the reformer: it will stay within reach for your next session.
