The Compact Folding Reformer supports home practice with a small storage footprint. It is designed for homes where every square metre counts: a studio flat, bedroom, living room or shared office. Unfolded, it takes up approximately 197 × 57 cm of floor space, as a guide. Folded, it shrinks to 105 × 55 × 24 cm.
At 32 kg, compared with 68 kg for the Aluminium Folding Reformer, it is easier to move between your practice area and its storage spot. Even so, measure the room, the doors and the clearance needed around the machine to move around and practise.
The five springs let you adapt the resistance to the exercise. The adjustable armrests complete the configuration. Follow the settings and positions described in the manual to build each session.
This spring adjustment is the very principle of the reformer: the same machine supports lying, sitting and kneeling exercises. Take the time to read the manual before your first session: it details the settings and positions intended for this model.
The Compact Folding Reformer comes with resistance bands, a ball with its pump and a ring. Everything you need to alternate machine work with complementary exercises, with no extra purchase.
The box is not included. If you would like to add it, the Pilates Box is available separately. To complete your kit, Pilates socks with a non-slip sole accompany your sessions on the mat and on the machine.
The Compact Folding Reformer is for people who want a small format and a manageable weight.
