Pilates accessories for a mat routine at home

On a mat, the ball and ring are enough to add variety to your exercises. They fit into a living room, bedroom or office, and can be stored with your mat once the session is over. To start, use just one accessory per session, then alternate them once you have found your bearings. You can also take them from room to room depending on where you practise, with your mat and a towel to hand.
