Choosing a compatible part

For a reformer part, the name of the accessory alone is not enough to guarantee compatibility. Compare the fittings, the length and, for a spring, the expected tension. The 8 mm ropes come as a pair; the replacement springs are sold individually. Check the pack contents on each product page before deciding on the quantity. For a Pilates box, also check the dimensions of the box and of your carriage.

Replacing a reformer part

Before ordering, note your machine’s model reference and the specifications of the existing part. A photo of the fittings can help clarify your request, but it does not replace checking the measurements. Do not judge a spring’s resistance by its colour alone: colour codes can vary between models. Ask for confirmation when compatibility is not stated for your reformer.

For care and replacement, follow the manual for the machine and its components. A worn part should not be replaced with an accessory that merely looks similar. The installation and care page sets out the points to prepare; contact us with your equipment’s model reference if any detail is missing.
