Reformer hand straps are sold as a pair, with an adjustable length. They complete your equipment for pulling exercises with the arms.

Reformer hand straps: an adjustable-length pair

On a reformer, hand straps are held at the end of the rope so you can pull against the resistance of the springs, sitting, kneeling or lying on the carriage. Their length can be set to adapt the grip to your set-up and the exercise. The pair costs €24.95.

With two identical straps, you equip the left and right sides of the machine in a single order. They are intended for people who already practise on a reformer and want to replace or add to their straps.

Hand strap compatibility: check your reformer

Compatibility is not guaranteed: attachment points vary from one reformer to another. Before ordering, compare:

• the attachment at the end of your ropes and how the strap hooks onto it;
• the length of your current straps, if you are replacing them;
• the brand and exact model reference of your reformer.

Fitting your hand straps: a few pointers

Before unhooking your old straps, photograph the set-up. Work with the carriage at rest, hook each strap to the end of its rope, then set the same length on both sides. Check that every attachment is properly closed before resuming your sessions. If your machine’s manual describes a specific procedure, follow it, and compare your new straps with the old ones before putting them away.

Straps, handles or ropes: choosing your reformer accessories

Hand straps offer a grip with adjustable length. If you prefer a grip at the end of the rope, our reformer handles are sold as a pair. For leg work, the foot straps are adjusted with a buckle.
